Hawaii won't release birth information of Obama

Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie will end his mission to prove President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii because it's against state law to release private documents, his office said Friday.

Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said, State Attorney General David Louie said, the governor he can't reveal an individual's birth documentation without a person's consent.

"There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do inside the law to produce a document," said Dela Cruz. "Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will persist to question the citizenship of our president."

Abercrombie, who was a friend of Obama's parents and know him as a child, launched an effort last month to find a way to dismiss conspiracy theories that the president was born elsewhere.

The governor said at the time he was troubled by people who questioned Obama's birthplace for political reasons.

Hawaii's privacy laws have long banned the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn't have a touchable interest.

So called "birthers" claim Obama is ineligible to be president because they say there's no proof he was born in the United States, with many of the skeptics inquiring whether he was actually born in Kenya, his father's home country.

Hawaii's health director said in 2008 and 2009 that she had seen and verified Obama's original vital records, and birth notices in two Honolulu newspapers were available within days of Obama's birth at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu.

This information called index data, shows a record for "Obama II, Barack Hussein, Male," according to the department's website.

The president was born Aug. 4, 1961.
The Obama campaign issued a official document of live birth in 2008, an official document from the state showing the president's birth date, city and name, along with his parents' names and races.

ISTANBUL - Iran has no fresh offer to make for a nuclear fuel change at talks with world powers due to begin on Friday in Istanbul, members of the Iranian delegation told Reuters.

The Saudi owned Al Arabiya TV news channel had reported Iran would suggest a revised version of a deal which was agreed in principle at a previous round of talks in 2009 but then fell apart, but Iranian officials said, there were no such plans.

"I haven't heard about it," Ali Baqeri, a assistant to Iran's nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, told Reuters as the Iranian delegation arrived in Istanbul on Thursday.

Another official said, "There is no new suggestion. This is something formed by the Western media. Why should we offer such a thing?".

In this blast, this also killed the horse, broke windows in the school.
No one claimed responsibility, but Islamist militants will be the chief suspects.

Al-Qaida and Taliban extremists have basis close to Peshawar in Pakistan's border regions with Afghanistan

They have agreed out hundreds of bombings over the last three years, many of them in Peshawar.

It was blurred if the school was the target, but militants have frequently bombed schools in the region, either because the army often converts them into bases or because they oppose the education of girls.

Wikileaks has been losing $ 618,000 per week since first issue

LONDON: Julian Assange, the founder of the whistleblower website 'Wiki leaks' has said, his site has been losing 600,000 francs (about 618,000 dollars) every week since it first began publishing discreet cables.

According to CBS News, the financial world was shaken when rumours about a major Wiki leaks document intending to embarrass one of America's banking giants, surfaced.

Bank of America supposedly set up a crisis team to deal with the dump, and stocks fell on the rumours.

Assange said that even though external political pressures on Wiki Leaks have not stopped them from carrying on with their mission, financial troubles have certainly caused problems.

However, he did not talk about exactly what is costing his website so much money.

Assange said, “We will not disclose (the banking documents we have) right away. We are too busy with the diplomatic cables and with our financial troubles."

Last year, PayPal, the online payments service had blocked donations to WikiLeaks and to a German foundation that raises funds for it following the release of 250,000 private US government cables.

The charge at which WikiLeaks has released U.S. diplomatic cables to the public has slowed dramatically in the last few weeks.

However, Assange said that his website was running normally despite the financial difficulties.

Facebook Rubbishes March 15 Shutdown, Its Rumors

Facebook responds to news report saying, "we are just getting started".

A tabloid called Weekly World News has develop into quite popular over the weekend after it published a news story regarding Facebook shutting down on March 15.

The reason for the shutdown was nonsensically cited as, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook "wanted his life back" and preferred "to put end to all the madness".

Zuckerberg is invented to have made this statement at a press meeting outside the social network's Palo Alto office.

The Tabloid, which is known for publishing fake news stories, seems to have tried a roll on the ever growing social network, Facebook.

"Facebook has gotten out of control," said Zuckerberg in a press convention outside his Palo Alto office," and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life.

I need to put an end to all the madness."

Facebook has crushed this silly rumor with a status message.

We didn't get the memo about shutting down, so we will keep working away like forever.

We aren't going anywhere, we are just getting started. Facebook Director of Corporate connections Larry Yu confirmed that the rumor is false.

In response to Mashable's mail about the shutdown, Yu responded, "The answer is no, so please help us put an end to this childishness."

Avatar Director James Cameron Says Battleship Movie demotes Cinema

Avatar director James Cameron has smashed the upcoming Battleship movie by claiming that it “degrades cinema” and also said that he believes that the plan of adapting a classic board game into a sci-fi blockbuster is ridiculous.

The Avatar director said, in an interview with Spiegel Online,

“We have a story disaster. Now they want to make the ‘Battleship’ entertainment into a film. This is pure distraction.

Everyone in Hollywood knows how important it is that a film is a make before it hit theaters. If a brand has been around, Harry Potter for example, or Spider-Man, you are glow years ahead.

And there lies the trouble. Because unhappily these franchises are becoming more ridiculous. This degrades the cinema.”

Cameron was recently annoyed with Piranha 3D describing it as “the bottom of the barrel” but now it seems it will have to create room for the Battleship movie.

Quite what Cameron will have to say about the future Monopoly movie is anyone’s guess but I bet it won’t be printable without a few asterisks.

The result : she looked really amazing!

Khloe Kardashian showed off her new red hair, which was a great interruption from the Alexander McQueen dress that wasn't exactly suitable on her. Our fashion advice: Better, she could have used a belt!

Real Life Superhero Fights against Crime In US City

A real-life Superhero wearing clothes in tights, a mask and a black and gold lycra suit, says he is helping to make the streets of Seattle safer by scaring away criminals.

The man, called Phoenix Jones, wears a bullet proof vest, and also has knife protection as well as being armed with a taser and tear gas.
He says, when he walks into an area, criminals leave because they see the suit and do not want to seize him on.

It is nearly a case of Superman meets Batman as on most nights Phoenix walks into a comic store, enters a back room secreted behind shelves and is transformed into his character.

He has already managed to stop a man breach into a car and possibly stealing it.
The would be victim, known as Dan, was walking back to his vehicle in a car park when he saw a man with a metal slip trying to open his car.

Dan said: "He started sticking it down between the window and the rubber stripe."
Dan began to call 911, but said help arrived before he even ended dialling.

He explained, "From the right, this guy comes stylish in, wearing this skin-tight rubber, black and gold suit, and starts chasing him away."

Phoenix is not the only costume clad crime warrior in Seattle.
There are other eight members of his Rain City Super hero group who also walk the streets, looking out for crime and ready to fight it.

Since Phoenix started his movement nine months ago, he has been stabbed and was exposed with a gun several times, but received no serious injuries.

Unfortunately still he did not find the man who was breaking into Dan's car.
"I symbolize that the average person doesn't have to walk around and see bad things and do nothing."

U.S. plans to send 1,400 extra troops to Afghanistan

The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday, “The United States plans to send 1,400 additional Marines to Afghanistan to boost its struggle forces ahead of the spring fighting season.

The United States, which lead a 2001 attack of Afghanistan that toppled the Taliban, has about 100,000 troops in the country, and President Barack Obama is under stress to show results so he can begin a promised withdrawal this year.

"The Marine battalion could start arriving on the ground as early as mid January. The forces would mostly be deployed in the south, around Kandahar, where the U.S. has determined troops over the past several months." the paper said. It cited unidentified officials.

The Taliban are at their strongest since they were ousted form power, while operations against the insurgency have intensified since 2008. More than 700 foreign troops were killed in Afghanistan last year, and civilian wounded were at record levels.

Obama said last month, that enough progress was being made in the operation to meet his pledge to start withdrawing U.S. troops by July and hand over security to Afghan forces by 2014.

World Bank issues bond entitled in Chinese Yuan

The World Bank has issued its first bond denominated in the Chinese money, joining a small but fast growing market. The Yuan denominated bond is being issued to endorse the use of the Chinese currency in global markets.

It will raise 500m Yuan ($76m; £49m).

Other bodies, including the Asian Development Bank and firms such as McDonald's and Caterpillar have issued Yuan bonds.

China's stake in the World Bank, which gives economic and technical assistance to developing countries, is set to increase.

It could finally see China as the third leading stakeholder in the lender after the US and Japan.

Doris Herrera Pol, the global head of capital markets at the World Bank he said, "This is a landmark business for the World Bank as it is the first World Bank issuance in RMB (Yuan), and signals the strong attention of the World Bank in supporting the development of the RMB market."

The market in Hong Kong for Yuan denominated bonds started just over three years ago.

In September last year, the Chinese government itself started issuing bonds in its currency, also known as the renminbi.

Hong Kong, though part of China, has a well developed and more open economic market and is a conduit between China and the capitalist developed world.

Obama signs $1.4 billion food safety system inspect

Law requires more government inspections at dealing out facilities and allows regulators to recall unsafe product.

President Barack Obama has signed a $1.4 billion renovate of the nation's food safety system requiring more government inspections at food processing facilities and allowing federal regulators to order the recall of unsafe products.
The traditionalist lawmakers, sensitive to public frustration over high levels of government spending, are balking at the price tag. Obama has said, food safety is a main concern for him.

Obama signed the bill into law Tuesday, a day before a more Republican and less White House friendly assembly returns to Washington.

The law emphasizes anticipation to help stop outbreaks of food borne illness before they happen. It requires food manufacturers to get ready detailed food safety plans and to tell the Food and Drug Administration what they are doing to keep the food safe at different stages of production.

Next Generation Soldiers Use Terminator Vision

In the Terminator films, Arnold Schwarzenegger's cybernetic villain turned hero not only had a physical edge over the average punk, he also had bionic visualization, which provided enhanced sight and an properly 80’s visual interface which helped him choose an appropriate response to any situation, such as cursing, requesting for illegal firearms, or telling someone that he will be back.

DARPA(The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) known for building the Internet for Al Gore, thinks that our soldiers can profit from this kind of enhanced eyesight. They have recently unveiled the SCENICC (Soldier Centric Imaging via Computational Cameras) or Soldier Centric Imaging via Computational Cameras.

Thankfully for our men and women in identical, it won't absorb embedding a T-101 optical array under their eyes. SCENICC takes the form of a helmet mounted specs which will provide the soldiers with 10x stereoscopic zoom and a full 360-degree viewing angle.

The future developments include augmented reality displays that will immediately notice muzzle flashes, identify friend-or-foe and mission overlays. So tomorrow's soldiers will wage war as if they are playing the latest Call of Duty?
